PAHS Receives Kind Donation

Incubator Donation by Lions Club of Kathmandu Sunrise

01 July 2016. PAHS received four life saving incubators for infants in Patan Hospital as kind donation. The incubators were donated as joint effort from Lions Club of Kathmandu Sunrise and Mr. Romit Dhungana. Mr. Dhungana is an actor cum producer by profession. The received incubators are locally made and worth 35,000/- each as per the secretary of the club Mr. LN Upadhaya. The donation could be  made possible through the charity of the feature film of the feature film “Buddha Born in Nepal” produced by Mr. Dhungana. The formal handover program was organised in the academy amid the presence of executives of the club and PAHS. The incubators were handed over to the vice chancellor of PAHS Prof. Dr. Sangita Bhandary jointly by Mr. Sudeep Pradhan, President of the Lions Club of Kathmandu Sunrise and Mr. KP Awale 325A2, newly installed District Governor. Dr. Imran Ansari, the chair of pediatric department, who was also present in the program told about the donation that it is important because of its qualities like affordable and easy operation.
