The Viber group RADOC is based on the principle that small steps lead to big achievements. Spotters are uploaded daily, with short cases on Friday and answers on Saturday. All residents are encouraged to participate actively.
Assessment
Assessment methods for postgraduate students include formative assessment, summative assessment, and thesis. This competency-based program requires demonstration and documentation of competencies, evaluated through Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs). Residents must be certified in core competencies, including professionalism, patient-centered care, procedural skills, clinical reasoning, communication skills, scholarship, community orientation, and leadership. The program includes two annual exams and a final exit exam.
